Responsibilities in this role include:

• Executing the logistics process (in a 3-shift system) covering relevant operational areas.--
• Leading a team of 20-25 employees.
• Taking and reporting measures in case of deviations and emergencies.
• Participating in Daily Control Logistics and contributing to the further implementation of the relevant structure.
• Achieving personnel planning goals, overseeing sick leave management.
• Adhering to the relevant methodology in the department, leading improvement teams, analyzing deviations, and facilitating improvement proposals.
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the logistics departments, overseeing compliance with rules and procedures.
• Establishing constructive collaboration with fellow Team Leaders and various departments.
• As a Shifts Manager in Logistics, you will be an integral part of the Logistics team, consisting of three Shifts Managers and a Head Business Office,

reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. Your role involves leading a team of 20-25 employees.

Werkzaamheden

In a dynamic operational setting, we are actively seeking a skilled Shifts Manager
for our Logistics division (involving rotational shifts). As a Shifts Manager in Logistics,
your primary challenge will be to lead a team of 20-25 members operating in a
3-shift system within the logistics department. Beyond daily team management and
overseeing the logistics process, your focus will be on structuring and enhancing
collaborations and work processes.

• Demonstrable HBO-level education, preferably complemented by a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a production and/or logistics organization, with a preference for experience in the relevant industry.
• Expertise in project management and improvement methodologies (World Class Manufacturing, TPM, Lean, 6 Sigma).
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong leadership skills, serving as a motivating and coaching figure.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on results and quality.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities, adept at delegation, and monitoring progress.
