Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for data-driven fixed asset management & sustainability? At KPN Fixed Property Services, as Project Manager you will have the opportunity to lead smart building projects within our fixed asset portfolio, a tactical/strategic initiating and advisory role for approximately 1,300 technical buildings and around 37,000 shelters and cable distribution cabinets in the Netherlands.

Your role as Projectmanager Smart Asset Management

Fixed Property Services is responsible within KPN for managing technical buildings and fitting out conditioned spaces that form the technical basis for KPN services and products. As Project Manager Smart Asset Management, you will report directly to the Manager Fixed Property Services. You drive the successful execution of complex and large-scale projects. You bring together technical expertise with effective stakeholder management and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Identifying ambitions among stakeholders to arrive at a vision and roadmap for smart asset management of our technical building portfolio
• Drawing up a project plan and planning for the results to be achieved, taking into account different interests and dependencies
• Effectively managing the team and experts within various domains of Fixed Property Services and beyond. You manage results in development, realisation and implementation phases through preparation, planning, coordination, delivery and after-care
• Ensuring the progress and quality of results for the secure organisation and enrichment of our performance data (how well our technical assets are performing) and the organisation of data for reporting on our KPIs
• Transparent reporting on planning and progress to the project steering committee and the management team of Fixed Property Services.

Fixed Property Services is a department within KPN Network. We are a close-knit team of 30 people, with different areas of expertise. We work intensively together to arrive at the best approach. We also work closely with colleagues in our Fixed property domain, each with their own expertise, such as tactical planners, contract managers, local site & floor management, data analysts and civil engineering. Our base of operations is Amersfoort, we work hybrid and Thursday is our regular office day.

You are an initiative and results-oriented professional. Your decisiveness, transparency and sense of responsibility ensure that you can manage the project organization effectively and create and maintain support. You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.

To do this successfully, you must have at least:

• WO work and thinking level and extensive experience as project manager or Product owner
• Content knowledge of setting up and designing control data (ideally for smart asset management) for financial models such as business cases, scenarios and financing models
• Ability to map dependencies in the entire chain together with stakeholders to enable smart buildings and data-driven steering
• Knowledge of and experience with project management methods and techniques
• Leadership skills to get everyone from MT and board level to operations on board, even when not everyone agrees.

• A gross monthly salary of at least €5.000,- and up to €6.500,- depending on your work experience and based on 37 hours.
• Flextime up to 40 hours per week, for which you get up to 8.5% extra gross salary.
• A supplement of 10.5% of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation allowance).
• A variable bonus scheme of 9% in line with scale 12.
• Every year an individual and collective increase under our CAO [collective labor agreement].

• A commuting allowance: either our bike allowance of €0.40 per kilometer, or €0.23 per kilometer if you use your own car, or full reimbursement of 2nd class travel on public transport. Additionally, you get €10 per month Internet allowance and a homeworking allowance of €2.35 per day.
• Excellent pension conditions: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary of which KPN contributes 16% and you contribute 7%.
