As a young, inquisitive IT developer with an affinity for IT networks, Artificial intelligence and knowledge of delivering IT services, you have come to the right place. Your role as Junior IT developer

The first months you will attend many training courses and you will discover what makes you most enthusiastic. As a junior IT Developer, you will work on complex problems and find the right solution yourself. Of course, you will receive plenty of guidance from a manager, coach and buddy and you can develop your skills in a safe environment.

Some examples of your contribution as Junior IT Developer;

• You ensure the fast and correct delivery of Communication Services for business customers;
• You manage the services and ensure that incidents and malfunctions are resolved quickly and that clients are always available;
• You automate processes around the delivery and management of the services based on various automation tooling.

This is your team

You will be joining Networking & Communication. This department is responsible for connecting hospitals, banks, government institutions and other (socially critical) companies within the Netherlands. With their networking and communication solutions they ensure that these companies and institutions continue to function in society. The business processes of customers such as Ahold, Geldmaat, Jumbo, ABN Amro, the Dutch government and healthcare institutions such as hospitals and GGDs largely run on our network and communication platform. Business market services where B2B solutions Communications, for both delivery and service, is responsible:

• Voice: Mobile, Landline & Service Numbers (0800/0900)
• UC: Cloud Communication Cisco (Broadsoft), Mitel and Microsoft Teams Calling
• CX: Genesys Cloud and Anywhere365 **

What will you bring us?

You will start as a junior on our team. Therefore, we expect above all that you are driven to develop yourself in this role as IT Developer, but that you also dare to show guts and responsibility. You will start together with other juniors in this team and together you will go through this development. You get to know yourself, but also learn from each other. Of course we ask some requirements for this role;

• You have a college or university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• You are skilled in various programming languages, for example Python
• Experience with APIs and scripting applications
• You are communicatively strong and know how to translate complex IT issues easily
• Good command of the Dutch language is required

• A gross monthly salary of €3440 according to the collective labor agreement based on 37 hours
• Optional time up to 40 hours per week possible, giving you up to 8.5% gross salary extra
• A bonus of 10.5% of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation allowance)
