In this exciting role as part of the HR Team for Danone Nutricia Supply Point in Zoetermeer, you'll join our talented HR team that supports the Nutricia Zoetermeer population.

Showing leadership and empathy you will support and drive the implementation of the HR Agenda in Zoetermeer with a primary focus on your designated scope within the organization. For your scope you will be responsible for:

• Business Strategy and Transformation Plan and anticipate organizational needs.
• Co-Build and contribute to strategy.
• Customize and implement HR initiatives & transformation programs that are aligned with and contribute to business priorities, company culture and values.
• Impact of Business Results Partner with the business stakeholders to drive results.
• Trusted advisor to line managers and teams.
• Deploy key people initiatives on wellbeing, engagement, talent management & development etc. to drive business strategy & breakthrough results.
• Encouraged to be innovative and challenge the status quo.
• HR operational excellence & projects
• Drive HR Excellence and HR Process Continuous Improvements together with the team and the HR Advisor for the scope, envision and realize the future state of processes/ways of working.
• Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives in collaboration with the HR Network

You will be part of our highly motivated HR-team of in total 2 HRBP's, 3 HR Advisors, 2 L&D experts and a Communication Advisor.

About You

For this role, you need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree combined with at least 5 years' experience in progressive HR within an international and fast changing environment , where you supported diverse stakeholders . You are coupled with solid business acumen and have experience managing projects from ideation to execution . You can build strong project plans & ensure excellence in execution.
