Your role as E-commerce manager Online

As an E-commerce Manager at KPN, you leverage your expertise to drive commercial results in the Online channel. You are responsible for leading the strategy for the Small Business and KPN ONE portfolios. Working with your diverse 'Powerteam,' you collaborate to achieve ambitious e-commerce objectives.

• You use your creativity and entrepreneurship to deliver results.
• You can inspire and develop the Powerteam, consisting of colleagues from various disciplines.
• You can establish connections with the Consumer Digital team to collectively achieve the best for the customer and KPN.
• You are the leader who guides KPN SME into the world of e-commerce.

The Direct Channels department, where you will be working, is responsible for sales in the internal direct channels, including Inbound, Retail, and Online. With 8 colleagues from various backgrounds, you have a weekly moment together at the office in Zoetermeer. You will be part of a rich and dynamic work environment, where we believe in working hard, playing hard, and especially celebrating successes together.

What will you bring us?

As an E-commerce Manager, you are at the forefront of a significant change within KPN SME. You bring several years of experience in optimizing and marketing a product within e-commerce. You have a clear focus on online sales (conversion) and understand the interconnectedness with other departments within an organization.

Your connecting and creative character sets you apart, allowing you to harmoniously blend people-oriented and results-oriented approaches. As a committed stakeholder, you take ownership and have the ability to inspire others and guide them with your clear vision.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 4 to 6 years of digital experience in a high-traffic environment in the areas of CRO and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in AI, e-commerce, and retail.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Understanding of how online and offline business intersect and reinforce each other.
• Passion for optimizing the online customer journey.

• A gross monthly salary ranging from a minimum of €4800 to a maximum of €7057, depending on your work experience, based on 37 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to receive an additional 8.5% of your gross salary.
• A 10.5% allowance of your gross monthly salary (including 8% holiday pay).
• A variable bonus scheme of 9%, corresponding to scale 12.
• Annual individual and collective increases in line with our collective labor agreement (CAO).

• Commuting allowance: options include a bike allowance of €0.40 per kilometer, or €0.23 per kilometer for car travel, or full reimbursement for second-class public transportation. Additionally, you'll receive a €10 per month internet allowance and a home office allowance of €2.35 per day.
• Excellent pension benefits: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%.
