As a Senior Acquisition Marketer, you work in a multidisciplinary team on all the commercial ambitions of KPN SME (Small, Medium Enterprise). The Market Operation & Brand department offers you an inspiring work environment with plenty of room for innovative ideas, creativity, and feedback. It's a challenging, educational, and energetic job in a team of 22 colleagues. You are the driving force and initiator when it comes to new ideas and customer approach. Zoetermeer is the heart of KPN's business market, but apart from Tuesdays, you can choose where you work-from home or at one of our offices across the country.

Your role as Sr. Acqquisitie Marketer

You are a true marketing professional. You have a connection to the market, understand what's happening in the field of technology and innovation, and are familiar with the entrepreneurial landscape. You have an affinity for SMEs and are genuinely entrepreneurial yourself. Putting the customer at the center, you contribute to the success of entrepreneurial Netherlands. Through close collaboration with the sales and marketing team, you elevate the organization to new heights.

You achieve this by:

• Developing a new acquisition strategy: You analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and develop strategies to reach and attract new customers.
• Translating this strategy into plans that focus on developing and optimizing acquisition activities.
• Collaborating closely with data analysts, CRM marketers, and content specialists to initiate and roll out performance-based campaigns.

Team Market Operation & Brand consists of 22 Marketing Professionals. From Content Specialists to Online Media Managers. From Value Base Marketers to UX experts. Enthusiastic specialists and sociable beings. Every other week on Thursdays, we come together in Amsterdam, sharing experiences, assisting each other as needed, and enjoying a drink. On Tuesdays, we work from our office in Zoetermeer.

For this Senior Acquisition Marketer position at KPN SME, the combination of curiosity and goal orientation sets you apart. You are a true doer and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Channel Managers, Go2Market Managers, and Proposition Marketers. As a Senior Acquisition Marketer, you are incredibly ambitious and excel at building relationships to achieve short and long-term goals.

What will you get from us

Natuurlijk hebben we als werkgever jou ook veel te bieden. Dit krijg je van ons:

• A gross monthly salary ranging from at least € 4240,- to a maximum of € 6073,- depending on your work experience based on a 37-hour workweek
• Flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week, allowing for a maximum increase of 8.5% in gross salary
• A 10.5% allowance of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation pay)
• A variable bonus scheme of 7% corresponding to scale 11
• Annual individual and collective salary increases in accordance with our Collective Labor Agreement (CAO)
• Good opportunities for career growth and training, including a personal training budget of €1500. Continuous development is expected from you
• A healthy work-life balance (e.g., 2 days in the office, 3 days at home, transition leave, the option to swap a public holiday for a day of your religious or cultural preference)

• 50% discount on KPN products and services, such as KPN internet
• Reimbursement for commuting expenses: options include a bicycle allowance of €0.40 per kilometer, or €0.23 per kilometer for other modes of transportation, or full reimbursement for second-class public transportation. Additionally, you receive €10 per month for internet expenses and a work-from-home allowance of €2.35 per day
• Excellent pension conditions: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%
