Vacature 3rd Party Registration Officer

3rd Party Registration Officer needed in the food industry!

A multinational organization in the Food industry with a factory in Zoetermeer is looking for a 3rd Party Registration Officer.

Your responsibilities are:

• Manage the Registration inbox;
• Receive, process, and keep track of the status of the registration dossier requests from CBUs (Country Business Units);
• Request the required documentation from the 3rd Party Manufacturers,(eg Product Development) and local authorities (eg health certificates and free sales certificates);
• Develop standard registration documents and create non-standard registration documents if necessary;
• Have documents legalized and/or apostilled by the Chamber of Commerce and/or embassies/consulates;
• Compose the dossier of requested documents to be sent to the CBUs (Country Business Unit);
• Archiving registration documents and keeping folders with shared documents up to date;
• Furthermore, you support the 3rd Party QFS team in other administrative tasks
