Over de functie

You will be part of the IPRO team (which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization office), which is part of the D2D department, and you will report to the Teamlead Activity Management. Together with the other D2D teams, IPRO manages innovations (or other product changes) all the way from the ideation and development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves. In this role you will closely work together with the Sr. Project Manager (PMO) of your respective category and support this person on the operational coordination of Innovations & Renovations in the FMCG category. Hereby you secure that the new products end up on the retailers' shelf; on time, within quality and at the lowest cost.

Over jou

• You have obtained a university degree and a proven track record of at least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably experience in Supply or Demand Planning role
• Project Management experience and knowledge is highly valued
• Besides strong networking and communication skills you are strong in stakeholder management
• Fluency in English is a must within this position
• If, in addition, you have an analytical mindset with an extended knowledge of Excel you might be the person we are looking for!

About the job:

• You are the Supply Chain expert in cross-functional teams of projects that result in new or changing products and/ or packaging
• Act as single point of contact with the factories and the internal Supply Chain department
• Work in cross-functional teams with IPRO, Marketing, Sales and Finance and collaborate on a daily basis with other Supply Chain teams (Customer Service, Planning, Master Data and Quality)
• Act as an operations process expert identifying opportunities and recommendations to leadership • Create and animate the operational timeline and warn about risks and deviations from the plan; all the way from setting up the Master Data to shipping to our customer warehouses
• Support the development of the innovation forecasts in collaboration with Demand Planning, Marketing and Sales, as part of the monthly S&OP cycle
• Support the Supply Planning team on all phase-in/phase-outs linked to the activities
• Ensure on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters
