Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CapEx Project Management within sectors such as Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Chemicals, Food, or Semiconductors. CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE II certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, tools, techniques, and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with the GAMP validation model, ASTM E2500, and equipment specifications and validation lifecycle (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and team-building skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and a track record of successfully navigating challenging situations and difficult conversations.

Werkzaamheden

We are seeking a meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in Engineering to join our team. This role will be based in the Netherlands, supporting a manufacturing site. As a Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing critical capital projects related to pharmaceuticals, ensuring they align with the site's strategic goals. Your mission is to lead and deliver top-tier projects that meet rigorous safety, quality, capital, and schedule standards.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide strategic direction for the design, planning, and execution of the entire project lifecycle, encompassing equipment, facilities, and utilities CapEx projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, taking ownership of project execution while guiding a multidisciplinary team from inception to successful completion.
• Manage activities crucial to the flawless execution of assigned projects.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project sponsors, various departments, and external stakeholders. Prepare compelling business cases to secure capital for new projects.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional and leadership teams. Implement modifications or adjustments to project plans as necessary.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to both organizational and industry standards.
• Spearhead ongoing project risk analysis and mitigation plans. Facilitate continuous improvement through lessons learned sessions.
• Craft and deliver compelling project presentations to engage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure efficient phase transitions.
