This is your team

The KPN Talent Program is a three-year traineeship in which you are trained to become a top professional or manager at KPN. Over the three years you get to know the organization, personal development is a focal point, and you work on your organizational skills. During the traineeship a manager, talent manager, buddy and mentor are ready to support you at all times. Together with other Talents at Commerce, Data and IT you make an impact and you have a great time!

As a talent at KPN you go in search of your qualities. During the application process we look at where the best match is within KPN. Of course we ask whether you meet the expectations below. But can you surprise us with extra activities you took part in alongside your studies?

• Master's degree (or close to completion) with a financial focus.
• Some experience in the field of forecasting is an advantage.
• Good command of the Dutch language
