As a Junior IT process manager, you will get to work in a role where you can develop yourself and experience what excites you. With passion in making automated workflows efficient and optimizing processes for the delivery of our services and customer experience. You are data driven, can perform analysis and creatively visualize insights. You are able to bring all parties into your vision.

You will receive proper guidance from an internal coach, your manager and buddy. In addition, you will have monthly intervisions for your soft skills and you will have the opportunity to obtain certificates during a compiled program in the first year. Great opportunities are waiting for you.

Your role as Junior IT procesmanager

The first months you will attend many training courses and you will discover where you want to experience this growth. As junior IT process manager, you will dive into the current processes and come up with the latest innovative ideas and elaborations. Of course you will receive plenty of guidance from a manager, coach and buddy and you can develop your skills in a safe environment.

Some examples of your contribution as Junior IT Process Manager;

• You continuously improve the processes around delivery and service
• You will perform data analysis of the various service tickets, such as deliveries, incidents, changes and requests with the aim of setting up improvement proposals.

This is your team

You will be joining Networking & Communication. This department is responsible for connecting hospitals, banks, government institutions and other (socially critical) companies within the Netherlands. With their networking and communication solutions they ensure that these companies and institutions continue to function in society. The business processes of customers such as Ahold, Geldmaat, Jumbo, ABN Amro, the Dutch government and healthcare institutions such as hospitals and GGDs largely run on our network and communication platform. Business market services where B2B solutions Communications, for both delivery and service, is responsible:

• Voice: Mobile, Landline & Service Numbers (0800/0900)
• UC: Cloud Communication Cisco (Broadsoft), Mitel and Microsoft Teams Calling
• CX: Genesys Cloud and Anywhere365 **.

What will you bring us?

You will start as a junior on our team. Therefore we expect above all that you are driven to develop yourself in this role as IT process manager, but that you also dare to show guts and responsibility. You will start together with other juniors in this team and together you will go through this development. You will get to know yourself, but also learn from each other. Of course we ask some requirements for this role;

• You have completed a hbo study or University degree in a study with a focus on process design.
• Basic knowledge of implementation and optimization processes of automated workflows (with an AI understanding)
• You enjoy gaining insights from data analysis and using them for your optimization processes
• You are communicatively strong, so you can discuss optimizations with different stakeholders
• Good command of the Dutch language is required

• A gross monthly salary of €3440 according to the collective labor agreement based on 37 hours
• Optional time up to 40 hours per week possible, giving you up to 8.5% gross salary extra
• A bonus of 10.5% of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation allowance)

• Excellent pension conditions: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, of which KPN contributes 16% and you 7%.
