What are you going to do?
As a Front Office Intern you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information.
