As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving product issues promptly, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the support team. Your efforts will enhance product reliability, boost customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's success.

Description

• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Provide timely technical assistance to service engineers in the field or at our premises, using our service stations.

• Skillfully diagnose and troubleshoot product malfunctions, and when needed, liaise with our R&D team for further support or product enhancement.

• Ensure invoices and work documentation are completed within company timelines.

• Create and update training materials for our service engineers and deliver training sessions as needed.

• Identify and report potential process improvements within your team, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• On a rotating schedule, provide phone and email support to our customers outside standard office hours.

• Periodically report to your manager using agreed-upon templates.

• Maintain operational and quality standards in company systems (ERP, quality, and CRM).
