The Business Talent Program spans a duration of three years, offering you the opportunity to work in three different roles during this period. Each year you will take on a distinct role, enabling the development of your skills and capabilities. This structure prepares you for a leadership position within KPN, the primary goal of the program. Your passion and expertise in the commercial domain, along with your inherent leadership qualities, position you as the driving force behind our network.

Your role as Business Young Talent Program
You will fulfill three roles over a period of three years following a path outlined by us. During this time, you will not only develop professionally in your field but also as an individual through our personal leadership program. Under the guidance of your talent manager, mentor, and manager, you will enhance your management skills.
We are seeking a driven professional with a commercial profile, leadership qualities, and a structured approach. You combine organizational talent with a service-oriented mindset and thrive in a multitasking and collaborative environment.
The KPN Talent Program is a three-year traineeship in which you are trained to become a leader. Over the course of three years, you will get to know the organization, with a focus on personal development and working on organizational skills. You combine your innovative perspective on strategic issues with creativity, contributing to KPN's strategy alongside your colleagues! You will work at various office locations throughout the country, primarily in Amersfoort, Amsterdam, and Zoetermeer.
